Use your prepared map
Choose a plugin or the right file format for your software.
Open the map
Go to My maps and open the prepared map. Choose Use your map. If the build is still running, keep the map and wait for its actual ready state.
Choose the import route
For native Archicad import, use the Archicad plugin. For another program, choose a file format it supports. A Coming plugin is not an available installer.
Set placement for the project
Where the format offers placement or coordinate settings, choose them to match your project. A local origin keeps working coordinates manageable; global coordinates preserve grid values. See Coordinates & placement for the distinction.
Download and check the result
Download the selected format and open it in your software. Check scale, position and height against a reference you trust before using the model as project context.
Which format should I choose?
| Need | Start with |
|---|---|
| BIM site context | IFC, or a native plugin when available |
| Layered 2D drawings | DXF |
| GIS layers and provenance | GeoPackage |
| Textured mesh in a 3D tool | OBJ or GLB, where offered |
| Elevation raster | GeoTIFF, where offered |
Check your software’s importer and the choices shown for your map. A format can support a capability without every importer interpreting it the same way. The map’s download dialog shows what is available for that delivery.
