Fair questions
What is in a map?
Editable terrain, contours, buildings, roads and water, clipped to your polygon and delivered as IFC, DXF and GeoPackage. Coordinate system, local origin and height datum are set consciously, and every layer records its source, licence and quality.
What happens when a plan's kilometres run out?
Maps beyond the included area are purchased separately. You see and confirm the full price at checkout before the map is built.
Who is on a plan?
Professional is personal. Small Business and Business live on a company account and share one quota across the seats — invite colleagues under Company, and the plan covers all of them.
Can I download my map again?
Yes. The exact files stay attached to your order, and your drawn area is saved so a fresh map with today's data can be built later. Maps you have built stay yours if you cancel.
