Check the account
Choose the personal or company account concerned in the header. Open Plan & billing to see that account’s subscription and purchases.
Read current usage
The plan summary shows included area and, for relevant company plans, seats. Area and seats are separate limits. The map flow shows the actual cost or plan treatment for an area before you confirm it.
Manage the plan
Use the plan action in Plan & billing. On a company account, an administrator manages the subscription. Read the displayed timing and price before confirming a change.
Find billing documents
Open invoices, credit notes or purchase history in Plan & billing. Use the payment portal there for supported payment-method and subscription actions. Billing contact details are edited on the same account.
What happens beyond the included area?
Additional maps are purchased separately. Review the amount shown for the specific map before confirming.
Does map location decide the billing currency?
No. Billing information belongs to the purchasing account. The country of the map is a separate choice.
Which plan is available?
Pricing shows the current choices. Plan & billing shows the options appropriate to your account and role.
