Keep personal work and company work in the right account.
Choose the right account
Use the account menu in the header to switch between your personal account and a company. Maps, plan usage and billing belong to the selected account.
Manage your own profile
Profile & security contains personal details, sign-in methods, notifications and connected plugin machines. Switching companies does not create a different personal login.
Work with colleagues
On a company account, open Company & team. Administrators manage members and invitations. Select the correct company before changing its team.
Understand your role
A member works with the company’s maps. An administrator also manages the company, team and plan. Controls depend on your actual role; being on a company account does not make every member an administrator.
Cannot find a map?
Check which account is selected first. Then check your access to that company. Avoid buying the same area again just because the map is in another account.
Someone has left the team
Use Company & team to review access. For a computer that should no longer be connected to your profile, review Connected plugins in Profile & security.
